Standard delivery is sent internationally and your postal service is responsible for the end delivery. Due to the very uncertain timing at the moment for international cargo logistics, customs approval processing, and destination postal processing procedures, during this month of March to April, we cannot provide any guarantee on the time frame for standard delivery. For all countries, the standard delivery estimate will be up to 1 to 2 months from when you place your order. Though all deliveries won't take this long, we must provide this estimate in order to not create such high expectations for our customers during this global crisis. Most postal services across the world are declaring force majeure which means they have no commitment on the delivery time during this crisis.

At this time, if you need any product urgently, we highly suggest you suggest you select express delivery as this is still reliable. Deliveries are done by DHL Express and Fedex within a few business days.
Please take this notice into account before you place the order. Once an order has been placed, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Further, shipments in transit cannot be stopped.

We do ship internationally, to any country in the world. We also ship to PO and APO/FPO boxes.
Most orders placed Monday-Friday will packed and sent within 1 to 2 business days unless otherwise specified on the product detail page. Our standard delivery option is shipped with a tracking number. Please view the delivery estimates page to see more specific delivery time frames. The customer is responsible for providing a correct address during checkout. If a package is ever undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer may responsible for any shipping charges to resend the package.
Within 12-48 hours after your item(s) have shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier’s name. You can also view this information by signing in to online Order Status section. Copy and paste the tracking number to view the status of your package on the carrier’s website. Tracking information may not be immediately available, it can take a few days for tracking information to activate. Postal carriers may not provide up to date tracking information.
